چکیده

Abstract The damage effectiveness assessment of anti-ship torpedo combines system science and weapon science, having important military research significance. In order to solve the difficulty heterogeneous data aggregation, this paper constructs criteria uses evidential reasoning method assess effectiveness. problem incompleteness in process, belief structure model is used transform qualitative quantitative information into a unified structure, then gradually aggregate lower-level upper-level relevant result analysis shows that process proposed can effectively torpedo, all are comparable, effect each factor on clearer.
